Our prices are all inclusive! We do not charge extra for taxes or cleaning. We ask our guests to clean the condo after themselves for the next guest. We do not use a maid service. We have been blessed to have great renters at our condo who have taken care of our home like it was their own. To date, we have never had theft, damage or abuse. I will provide a detailed cleaning list for you to follow and provide all cleaning supplies.
What to Bring: We Provide:

Twin Sheets (if using 2nd bedroom) Full Kitchen Supplies
Laundry Soap Beach Chairsand umbrellas (Under the Bed)
Beach towels Bathroom Necessities (Soap, Toilet paper),
Cleaning Supplies/Dishwasher Detergent
Towels, washrags, dishtowels to stay in the unit.
Please note we do not provide sheets (Queen and two twins). It is also a good idea to bring several of your own towels for the morning of your departure. That way you do not have to worry about washing towels and sheets while cleaning and packing.
Directions to Sunchase:
Take Al 59 South until you get to 182 (West Beach Blvd.) in Gulf Shores. Turn Right on West Beach Blvd (182). Go approximately 1.5 miles. Sunchase will be on your left. There is one designated parking spot for #202 located under the building. 1129 West Beach Blvd.
